NEW CONSTRUCTION
In new construction, piles are used when soil is not adequate for traditional foundation without costly renovation. Typically piles will be more common in lakefront build sites and are a simpler, lower cost solution than alternatives.
UNDERPINNING
In an existing foundation that is failing or showing signs of instability, we install helical piles to correct and support the foundation of your structure.
STATE OF THE ART
We use Halo LED drive-head alignment as well as Concept Measurements ``Torq-Hub`` to guarantee installed pile torque. Installed pile-specs are sent to the engineer or builder per pile.
GRADE REPAIR
In many circumstances, repairing grade inadequacies can correct a ground water issue. Blockages and retention will be corrected per instance where possible.
PIPE & AGGREGATE
Sometime's getting water moving ``invisibly`` is preferred. This is a more involved process but the results are a lush lawn and worry free ground water flow.
PUMP SOLUTIONS
In extreme cases, grade necessitates a system to direct water to a point where it can be pumped to an adjacent ditch. We also provide pump service checks on a routine basis.
DRIVEWAYS / PATHS
Aggregate driveways and pathways succumb to Mother Nature and environment over time. We can freshen up your existing base or bring material in if needed.
NEW BUILDS
Let us dial in your topography for new construction prior to landscape and hydro seed or sod when establishing a new lawn.
GRADE REPAIR
Any number of factors can result in a negative grade change. We can rectify and alter any grade challenge to satisfy your projects needs.
NECESSITY
Verti-Block is the smartest retention system available. It almost seems too good to be true that an extreme grade, requiring retention, can have such an effective and elegant solution.
PREFERENCE
Not all retention systems are installed due to need and Verti-Block has so many tasteful aesthetic options, many installs are requested just because they look as incredible as they function.
ENGINEERED
We have engineering available for those projects where code must be met and certification is a requirement.
MAINTENANCE
Over time all ditches degrade in appearance and function. We can refresh them so water flow is restored.
FRESH CUT
Some geography has no pre-existing ditch to guide groundwater to it's intended natural run-off point; we can cut in these ditches with precise slope.
SWALES
In circumstances where grade determines a more open ditch system, swales can be cut in to provide higher volume water flow.
UTILITY PRE RUNNING
In new construction environments, we can trench and pre-run conduit for utilities to keep ahead of fluctuating utility-install schedules.
RAW CUT
Some build locations have widely ranging elevations and need preliminary shaping to properly and efficiently execute the construction plan.
MATERIAL RELOCATION
Excess material can be burdensome. In many cases, it cannot be utilized or dispersed on site, if you need material loaded and hauled out, we can handle that.
